Refund Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS FINAL SALE

Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to intellectual property, all sales on dMAT Prep are considered final and non-refundable once the module is accessed or partially used.

2. EU/UK STATUTORY RIGHTS

For customers in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, if you consent to immediate access to the digital content, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you begin downloading or streaming the content.

3. EXCEPTIONS & TECHNICAL ISSUES

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges for the same transaction.
• Significant technical issues that prevent access to the core features of the purchased module, which our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

4. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., account sharing, content theft) will not be eligible for any refunds.
